International Customer Service Adviser (Offshore account)
Answer customer’s calls and improve customer satisfaction over the phone supporting UK account.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with native accent “ Speakin&Understanding”
• University Graduated.

• Able to work on shift basis” NO OVER NIGHT SHIFTS”
• Flexibility to work at 6th of October city.
• Age ranges from 20 to 34.
• Able to work immediately “notice period 1 week”.
• Egyptians or non Egyptians having their own work permit.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Language schools or colleges are preferred.
• Customer oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
