Formulates and implements Sales Strategy, Policies and Processes.
Proactively manages sales performance of sales forces/teams to achieve business objectives.
Creates annual/quarterly customer
business plans and aligns with channel customers.
Responsible for delivery of key sales performance indicators (revenue / margin / market share).
Reporting to General Manager
Excellent English is A MUST
