Roles and Responsibilities

* Provide proactive leadership, ownership and taking responsibility in the customer / account team environment for discussions on technical solutions proposed by Company in a manner that gains credibility with its clients

* Design and implementation of the light current systems (data, voice, fire alarm, cctv, etc)

* Designing and implementation of the HVAC systems

* Designing and implementation of the Data centers

* Preparation of shop and as-built drawings

* Equipment selection and preparation of submittals

* Budgeting and billing preparation

* Installation and site supervision

* Conference or consultation with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications

* Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise them on types of equipment to purchase

* Determine the price schedules and discount rates

* Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts

* Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs

* Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures

* Represent company at various trade association meetings to promote products and services

* Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services

* Review operational records and reports to project sales determine profitability

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

* A minimum of a BSc in Engineering

* Cisco Certified Eng (CCNP, CCDP) or at least 3-6 years (or more) of field experience in IT Networking field in general and especially in WAN, Voice and Security

* Certifications in designing and implementations the power and UPS networks

* Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services

* Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems

* Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming

* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

* A great listener and confident presenter with strong ability to expose and identify pain points and create synergy around an idea or a solution

* Good verbal and written communication skills
