Position: Technical Office Engineer

Education: Bachelor Degree

Major: Civil Engineering

Job Description:

1) Study documents of projects under study & specify all materials required & its specifications & advise Procurement Department for prices.

2) Measure all quantities of material for shop drawings for projects under study.

3) Design & produce detailed technical shop drawings for projects as required for submittals.

4) Prepare all project documentations, correspondences, submittals & contracts.

Skills and Other Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

• Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience

• Good command of English language

• Very good command of all Microsoft Office Applications.

• Preferably have experience in Finishing & Civil works, Steel Structuring and/or Prefabricated Buildings.

• Preferably knowledgeable of Photoshop

• AutoCAD is a MUST

• Ensures that all trucks coming in are off-loaded within a prescribed time frame to avoid detention charges, Follow the entire process defined by SOP & Make necessary entries in SAP, To cross check with PO & get it cross verified by security & make necessary entries & inform concern dept in case of variance, Ensures issue of RM and PM in correct quantity and quality to production as per batch requirement, Does regular reconciliation of RM, PM and FG stocks with Book stocks, Meets FG dispatch requirement of in liaison with production/Logistics, Monitors non saleable, slow and non-moving, short expiry stocks, Continuously reviews the above with Logistics/Marketing/Sales/Finance to ensure that remedial action is taken to bring down the above, Works closely with QC in ensuring periodic and timely disposal of damaged/expired stocks & to get clearance on fresh arrival stocks from Vendor without wasting time, Carry out monthly Stock reconciliation, Supports internal audit to carry out stock reconciliation on a periodic basis, Optimizes utilization of racks and floor space, Follow the concept of FIFO, Maintains the cold room as per defined norms if any
