Should Be qualified Medical , Preferably with an MBA with progressive experience leading to at least 7 years in senor operational / administrative management of a Medical Distribution firm in the Gulf region and should be in the age group of 37 – 45 years. Positive attitude, team player , excellent communication skills in English and Arabic and Good IT skill are a must .
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the organization and reporting to the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
• Overseeing all the Commercial activities of the organization related to tenders and contract negotiation, Project management, employee management, marketing and sales management, logistic and inventory management.
• Developing business strategies and plans.
• Setting Goals for an entire department or division based on the company’s plans.
• Work directly with major clients and ensuring customers satisfaction at all levels.
• Developing new Business Opportunities.
• Maintaining and developing relationship with the principal companies.
• Writing reports on business operations for the executive.

2- Medical Disposables Sales Manager
We are looking for a young (34 - 45 years and over) and enthusiastic Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Bio Medical Engineer or MBA with at least 5 years’ experience in handling Projects from initially sourcing till finalizing the offers.
1- B.Sc. degree holder with minimum 5 years’ experience Medical Disposables products. Training certificates are an added advantage.
2- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
3- He must have the following qualification:
a. Very high IQ
b. Leadership skills
c. Troubleshooter
d. English is a must
e. Strong personality
f. Communication and correspondence skills.
g. Computer skills & internet navigation.
h. Has the ability to work in teamwork.

3- Medical Equipment’s Sales & Marketing Manager –
We are looking for a young (35 - 45 years and over) and enthusiastic Bachelor’s degree holder in Sales and Marketing, Bio Medical Engineer or equivalent with related experience in the Medical Equipment’s Industry. The candidate should possess at least 8 to 10 years of experience in a managerial position a significant part of which must be in the industry.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing, planning, budgeting and cost controlling the Sales Department activities of the Establishment.
2. Developing and implementing effective promotions of the Establishment product lines to help support the sales strategy of all products and to communicate product knowledge to the market place.
3. Developing and communicating timely, accurate and complete sales forecasts and other sales and marketing data for the Establishment.
4. Providing management with up to date information on the market, competitors and economy.
