Roles and Responsibilities:



To provide Onsite Support Services and Incident Prevention Services to customers. Build very successful relationships with customers through the delivery of a high-quality technical engagement in a specific technology area. The engagements may be short-term demand-led or longer term engagements with a dedicated customer



Qualifications and Educational Requirements:



* MCSE certification or job experience

* Degree qualification or equivalent experience

* ITIL/Service Management experience or 3rd level support experience



Required Technical Skills:



* Active Directory Services

* Active Directory replication and performance skills

* Strong Active Directory troubleshooting skills and experience

* Experience in Active Directory Disaster Recovery

* Group Policies Implementation and Design and troubleshooting

* Security and Administration of the Active Directory environment

* Fundamental networking knowledge - IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing, etc.

* Implementation of installations that include Edge and Telephone integration

* Design Exchange in multi-state and multi-location environment

* Design Exchange Server 2007/2010 in a Windows 2008 AD environment

* Designed fault tolerant environments to support upwards of 1000 users

* Facilitates the rapid realization of project revenue goals while maintaining the highest levels of product quality

* Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate risk with IT initiatives and projects



Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

OCS 2007 / OCS2007 R2 Design and Deployment Experience (IM, Presence, Web Conferencing, Audio Conferencing, Video Conferencing)



* OCS Enterprise Voice Design and Deploy

* Media Gateway Experience (Audio-codes, Dialogic, NET)

* PBX experience a plus (Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, etc.)

* At least 5 years hands-on OCS experience with implementation of installations that include edge and telephony integration

* MCSE with MCITP in Exchange 2003 / 2007 / 2010 certification is very advantageous

* 5 years relevant experience in a professional services/consultancy environment and a minimum of 2 years project management experience desirable
