Description - Implement a ITIL-based reporting process throughout the enterprise. - Manage change control requests across the enterprise. - Ensure each change is completed without major impact to the applications or operations environments. - Communicate changes in the production environment to organizational stake holders. - Apply process and best practices to deliver business driven solutions - Lead a team of IT infrastructure professionals supporting systems running reliably. - Ensure technology platform is appropriately architect, configured, deployed and maintained. - Responsible for ensuring that platform and operational processes are appropriately documented. - Ensure that the reliability, performance and functionality of enterprise wide systems releases meet expectations. - Mentor and manage teams of technical infrastructure specialists and business process professionals. - Gathering & managing ITSM business requirements; documenting "as is" processes, developing "to be" processes, determining ITSM process maturity, process gaps, & areas of inefficiency; enhancing & developing new ITSM processes consistent w/ITIL best practices.

Qualifications - ITIL Masters Certification and Help Desk implementation experience preferred. - Experience managing IT service desk or service management organization. - Experience assessing & reporting on the maturity of service delivery & service support operations. - Expertise & experience designing, planning, implementing, & maintaining service management functions. - Experience w/implementing, configuring service management tool(like BMC-Remedy, HP-Service Center, or other) in a large enterprise - 5 years of increasing responsibility for positioning and delivering ITSM Solutions. - BA/BS degree is required with an advanced Computer Science degree preferred. - ITIL Process Design Skills - Incident Management, Configuration Management, Availability Management, Change Management Experience. - Certification in Project Management - PMI/PMP preferred
