Description 1. Responsible for taking steps to improve S&OP forecast accuracy. 2. Run analysis and forecast of relevant SOP data to be utilized for input to determining future plans for the Demand Management process. 3. Participate in driving ongoing S&OP process and reporting tool design improvements through continuous benchmarking against best-in-class references. 4. Help develop and implement ways to create eliminate manual handoffs and touch points in the current SOP process. 5. Help define and track relevant departmental and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to achieve defined turns objectives. 7. Work closely with the Buyers to make adjustments and optimize the supply chain min/max and automated order quantities to assure customer fulfillment. 8. Maintenance and accountability for high levels of customer service (internal and ext. 9. Discharge the full accountabilities of the corporate Sales and Operating Review Board (SORB) process in proposing, reviewing and gaining approval for a fully ratified Master Schedule with the 10. EXCOM board and the Corporate Sales and Operating Review Board (SORB). 11. Qualifications 1. Good working experience of Supply Chain and Inventory Management. 2. Good negotiation and communication skills. 3. Understanding of SAP as well as APICS or ISM certification. 4. Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred. 5. Team player who can facilitate successful project work, operating to deadlines. 6. Strong analytical skills and ability to produce interpret and draw conclusions from data. 7. Experience in process re-engineering and change management. 8. Knowledge of ERP scheduling and planning processes. 9. Interested candidates may apply now online. 10. Education: Bachelor degree from an accredited college, Master degree preferred. 11. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field, and three years related inventory control experience. 12. Experience in an SAP environment is required to fully utilize both capabilities and functionality, Preferred past work in the field of FMCG.
