Description • Manage a customer base, maintaining customers relationship, and developing the relationship to benefit both Infofort and customers. • Manage customer relationships at various stages of acquisition, maintenance and enhancement. • Build and maintain a regular flow of business opportunities(cross/up selling) • Build knowledge of customers business needs and present Infofort service offering to customers. • Support customers with their business needs and communicate with operational department to make things happen. • Handle and resolve customer complaints. • Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the local market. • Review quality of customer information and follow-up with teams to update information. • Manage and develop the CS team and supervise the P & I team to insure best quality and productivity. • Drive service level improvement. • Communicate InfoFort vision and organizations value to the team • Review the performance of the customer service team & advise related improvement & training. • Build knowledgeable and empowered customer service members and ensure they have all tools needed to provide excellent customer service. • Insure a monthly/weekly reports to the management that reflect the performance and team developments.
