Job Description and Responsibilities



* Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

* Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

* Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

* Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

* Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.

* Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

* Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.

* Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Position Objective:

Provides leadership to direct, promote, and coordinate Sales operations in a manner that will optimize company's market share, improve efficiency, help achieve the company's sales target, mission and goals. The Sales Manger should put policies for the sales department operations and sales team and ensure that operating policies and procedures are conducted to maximize profitability and efficiency.



Position Responsibilities:

The Sales manager's responsibilities involves direct Sales, Sales supervision on sales team in different verticals, profitability and margin maintenance across the board, monthly reporting on numbers and activities to the CEO, pipeline analysis and reporting on weekly basis. Maintain and develop relationship with the vendors and suppliers. The Sales manager will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the company and a favorable image of the company.



Position Qualifications:

-Work experience with sales operations related to communication/ IT industry.

-Successful sales experience with an understanding for overall business/ customer

-development, including prospecting, closing and account development skills.

-Experience with business budgeting and expense control, knowledge of accounts payable and receivable and vendor negotiations.

-Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

-Strong consultative selling, reporting, analytical, technical knowledge, strong closing skills and best practices knowledge.

-Management, negotiation, communication, decision making, problem solving, organization, presentation, delegation as well as time management skills.

-Experience in all operational aspects of Sales functions, services, policies, and procedures.



Position Requirements:

- BA degree.

- 2-4 Years experience in Sales Management position. Managing at least 3 Sales Account Managers

- Minimum 5 Years Experience in IT Solutions Sales or similar products

-Recent Experience in Egyptian Market.

-Middle East Market experience is a plus.

-Arabic mother tongue and Excellent English reading, speaking and writing is a must.

. Generate leads for all products within target sectors.



. Conduct initial visits and find out customer needs.



. Prepare and deliver demos in cooperation with pre-sales.



. Develop proposals using standard templates.



. Complete closing process and ensure revenue collection.



. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries following departmental procedures.



. Report in defined format to sales team manager.



. Follow defined quality and sales procedures while executing sales activities.



. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.



. Contribute in carrying out yearly product(s) planning; setting product budget and strategic goals, defining priorities, strategies, deadlines, marketing materials and selling points.



. Monitor the implementation throughout the year and reporting progress and its evaluation and recommended amendments to the plan.



. Identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or change in the industry that may affect sales.



. Develop and maintain market, product and competitor's profile.



. Collecting feedback from clients to identify desired amendments and new features.
