Description 1.Develop a positive rapport with internal & external customers to manage the executive’s schedule. 2.Responsible for assignments which may be confidential & time-sensitive requiring professionalism & a high degree of judgment & initiative. 3.Act as liaison between the CEO & Executive Management Team. 4.Take initiative & find new ways to successfully complete a variety of significant, time-sensitive projects. 5.Coordinate & schedule meetings & activities for CEO. 6.Handle all logistics & administrative issues associated with support of the CEO, including Board meetings, event planning, travel preparation & follow up, CEO briefings & office management. 7.Work closely with the executive management team to facilitate communication & ensure timely & efficient information flow to & from the Office of the CEO. 8.Manage day-to-day calendar & activities for the CEO & assist in business planning & time management. 10.Prepare presentation materials for high level meetings, conferences,& other high-level events. 11.Draft meeting minutes & monitor various reports submitted to the CEO by Senior Management. 12.Manage & direct work for professional administrative team. 13.Draft, type & dispatch all the CEO’s correspondence. 14.Maintain a comprehensive filling system.

Qualifications 1.Bachelors degree (AUCians are highly preferred) 2.Requires a high level of organizational skills including experience in meeting and travel planning, research, prioritizing and coordinating schedules and resources on a broad range of tasks. 3.Ability to maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion in all dealings. 4.Superior project management skills to effectively balance multiple priorities. 5.Proactively seek to optimize the CEOs time, making recommendations regarding internal workflow and streamlining company operations. 6.Must have the ability to think strategically, “big picture," recognizing impact of decisions on the company and pay attention to details. 7.Must be able to communicate articulately, clearly and concisely (verbal and written) and know what, when and how to communicate depending on audience and subject matter (sensitivity and timing).
