ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (Other duties may be assigned).

Your main responsibility will be to visualize, design and execute advertising communications in harmony with the Copywriter and in accordance with the brief and deadline. It also involves working efficiently with the Studio to get the best out of our suppliers

* Create and promote advertising and design solutions that meet the brief to contribute to leading edge advertising for our clients.

* Execute the approved work and see it through till it is handed over to the Production Department ensuring deadlines are met.

* Brief and supervise the studio to ensure quality of outputs and deadlines are met.

* Brief, supervise and motivate the visualizes to maintain a happy, focused team.

Skills

+ Graduate of college or art school with degree in graphic design or related field.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Ability to direct and lead graphic team through experience and persuasion to follow standard art rules.

+ Thorough knowledge Print and Broadcast technologies.

+ At least two year's supervisory experience.

+ Excellent English command in both reading and writing.

+ Highly creative out-of-the-box thinker.

+ Experience in E-learning field is preferred.

+ Excellent problem solving skills.

+ Self motivated and can work without need for close guidance.

+ Talented character.

+ High degree of enthusiasm about work.

+ Knowledge of advertising history and current trends and techniques, good design and color sense.

+ In-depth knowledge of graphic applications, print production process, knowledge of photography.

+ Understanding of agency/supplier systems and capabilities.

Knowledge of craft.
