-Answer questions or resolve computer problems for Employees, via telephone or from remote location.

-May provide assistance concerning the use of co...mputer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems

-Years of Experience : 2 as minimum

-Femail only

-Fluent in English
