IT Technical Support Engineer

A leading Company in the banking sector is seeking to hire:




Job Title: IT Technical Support Engineer

Job Location: Cairo - Egypt

Job Category: Information Technology

Job Type: Full Time



Responsibilities:



•Provides first level support for internal and external customers.

• Responds to client inquiries regarding systems operations, helps diagnose

software, hardware and operation problems.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues in a timely and

efficient manner.

• Provides the customer with updates, status reports, and information via email,

or telephone.

• Provides customers with fixes, workarounds, and new releases.

• Escalates complex issues to 2nd line of support engineers.

• Monitoring the following infrastructure components:

o Network devices

o Leased lines

o Systems alerts

o Network capacity



• Report daily activities and events on the monitored system.

• Handle problems with 3rd parties.

Qualification:



BS or MS in Computer Science or related field is desired.

MCSE, or other technical certification preferred.



Experience:



• Fresh graduated or at most 2 years IT related experience.
