“Sales Account Executive”

This position will be responsible for prospecting, identifying opportunities, building new business relationships and generating revenue for our services. Focusing on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients, this position will be primarily placing outbound sales calls (to include cold-calls), conducting face-to-face meetings, making sales presentations and prospecting.




You will be responsible for:



• Responsible for the solicitation and sale of advertisements to meet established sales goals.



• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.



Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget.





Develop and maintain solid client relationships for continued sales growth.

Generate revenue by contracting sales for airtime through telemarketing, cold calling, prospecting and networking; maintain sales goals and meet quotas.

• Prepare sales proposals to include advertisement layout, script, proposed fee schedule, time frame for completion and other related requirements.



• Monitor and service existing accounts through service calls and follow up.



• Complete necessary paperwork including sales orders, contracts, and other sales reports.



Prospect new business and develop positive relationships with clients and in the community.

Job Required:



Experience selling advertising services.

Experience selling "general" or "direct response"

2 - 4 years of advertising sales background

Superior communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

"Hunter" instincts.
