Description Organize CEO's agenda. - Follow up on the main points raised during the monthly top management's meetings. - Organize meetings and taking minutes of these meetings. - Filing and sorting of important documentations, managerial decisions, memos, etc, both soft & hard copies.. - Properly receiving and hosting CEO's visitors and incoming calls. - Drafting and follow up CEO's incoming and outgoing letters, correspondences and e-mails. - Responsible of CEO's travel itinerary; travel arrangements, accommodation, bookings, etc. - Preparation of CEO's meetings such as relevant documents and special arrangements. - Any other task or assignment as per CEO's instructions

Qualifications - Suitable academic background - Utmost accuracy, focus, proritizing and work coordination. - Communication skills in dealing with individuals. - Management & organizational skills. - Diplomatic. - Personal attributes: strong personality - resilience - smart – presentative – active listener. - Flexibility and ability to work after working hours when needed. - Mobility in carrying out external assignments as requested by the CEO. - Interpersonal skills. - English & computer proficiency
