Description Customer Service & Showroom Representative ( Alexandria, Giza and Cairo) 1.Greets customers visiting Ideal Standard Showrooms. 2.Identifies customers needs. 3.Introduces Ideal standard products, providing information on specifications, prices, spare parts, of merchandises desired. 4.Emphasizes selling decisions through companys agents and distributors and available outlets. 5.Receives customer calls at the customer service call centers 6.Records customers request for maintenance.

Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce, preferably a Business Administration Dept. graduate. - 1-2 years experience in a similar position. - Customer oriented, friendly, and positive attitude. - Customer Service Training is an asset

Experience 1 - 2 Years.

Other Skills - Strong presentation and communication skills - Self control and working under pressure - Working knowledge of computer (MS Work and Xls.)
