Description Handing all meetings arrangements for the CFO. •Coordinating between all departments and the CFO. •Document translation whenever required. •Preparing minutes of all meeting & sending copies to the member of Public Committee. •Preparing reports about all our sites. •Manage and provide daily administrative office operations. * Business correspondence. * Maintaining filling system. •Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. •Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. •Respond to public inquiries. •Make preparations for Band Council and committee meetings. •Performs any other related duties that may be asked by the CFO
Qualifications BSc Commerce Accounting Section and previous experience in accounting field
Gender Female
Education major Accounting
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills -Communication Skills, arranging Files, scheduling -Good MS office skills
Compensations Job Location in 10th of Ramadan City with Transportation Allowance
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
Comments The Candidates must be near from 10th of ramadan city unless that will be ignored
