Description ∙ Manage all operational Gateway activity for the Country including: customs & operations. ∙ Improve & Manage customs clearance to preset standards & adherence to local customs regulations. ∙ Ensure the effective implementation and deployment of Regional and Country programmes. ∙ Set security operation standards. ∙ Identify commercial opportunities. ∙ Evaluate procedures and methods to achieve optimum service and cost performance. ∙ Ensure that the team is provided with clear direction. ∙ Primary contribution in managing other people.
Qualifications ∙ 6-9 years experience in related field, including at least 3 years of management experience. ∙ Extensive depth of expertise and knowledge in specialized areas. ∙ Develops advanced concepts. ∙ Viewed as expert in functional or business area within the same industry. ∙ Deals with cross-cultural tactical issues & governmental authorities.
