* Strong technical background on IT system design, deployment, trouble-shooting, performance tuning, etc.

* Familiar with Microsoft server products, e.g. Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange server, etc.

* Familiar with customer facing, high level engagement process and cross team cooperation skill

* Well project and account management skill, strategy thinking for account service plan

* Good interpersonal/communication/presentation skill





Qualifications and Educational Requirements



* MCSE or MCITP certified required

* University degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or equivalent fields
