Personal Assistant

A very big well known multinational company is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director:


Responsibilities:

1.Assist the Managing Director in maintaining & monitoring Commercial and operation functions.

2.Develop, implement, and maintain a computerized system to follow-up all Sales related contracts, projects, purchases, ......and invoices.

3.Perform all maintenance, distribution, and withdrawal activities related to Sales directorates.

4.Organize internal & external meetings in which the Sales staff are involved in addition to minutes taking and distribution.

5.Establish and maintain an effective & retrievable filing system for Managing Director’s office.

6.Prepare all documents, presentations, and analyses required by Managing Director.

7.Send & receive, prioritize, and distribute both incoming & outgoing mail .

8.Preparing a consolidated Sales Directorates daily and monthly report, in addition to the Quarterly activity report submitted to the Board Meetings.

9.Organize management meetings, workshops and cycle meetings in cooperation with all other departments.

Qualifictions:

1.More than 6 years experience in secretarial position

2.Post graduate studies is a plus

3.Excellent Organization skills

4.Proficient use of Microsoft applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lotus Notes).

5.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

6.High Technique of time management.
