Supervises, coordinates & evaluates work of all food service employees in preparing serving food and cleaning facilities.

Conducts planning and budgeting

Manages a cost effective program.

...Forecasts and plans the purchase of food , supplies and equipment.

Oversees or participates in menu planning.

Responds to customer preferences and industry trends.

Maintains records such food production, inventory , income/ expenses.

Maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Understanding of food service program finances.

8 -10 Years of relevant functional experience in relevant Industry / Sector

Age: Between 35 - 45 Years

General knowledge and understanding of nutrition , knowledge of food service programs finances
