Responsibilities:

Fixed assets tracking related to IT Department (laptops, etc.)



Windows Support, PCs, Laptops

Hardware and software support

Troubleshooting and diagnosing software and hardware issues



Knowledge of MCSE, SA, CCNA, A+, MS office application
