Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.

2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

4. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

5. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.

6. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

8. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.

9. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up. Identify and resolve client concern

10. Coordinate with Shobaik Staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

11. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.

12. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.

13. Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

14. Acting as a contact between Shobaik and its existing and potential markets

15. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

16. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;

17. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements

18. Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues



Key tasks

1. Meet weekly and annual sales targets;

2. Maintain Shobaik contact management database with accurate, up-to-date contact and activity details.

3. Identify and make contact with potential customers;

4. Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers;

5. Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver detailed account plans;

6. Follow-up for collection of payment;
