Roles and Responsibilities:
∙ Carry out desktop support, printer support, software installs, moves, changes required to provide end user support. Including project work (new sites, corporate projects)
∙ Handling computer room coordination and administrative activities, checking room integrity, changing tapes, work with remote administrators to carry out tasks
∙ Perform and/or support all administrative process required for acquisition, tracking and disposal of software and hardware.
∙ Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.
∙ Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).

Qualifications and Education:

∙ Bsc. in Computer Engineering or relevant years of experience
∙ MCSE certification

Preferred General Skills

∙ Very good command of the English language
∙ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∙ Team work oriented
∙ Ability to learn
