Requirements
• 5 years experience in the construction in the GSM field
• Experience integrating acquisitions and working in a growth environment
... • Excellent written and spoken English
• Recent experience managing high-end Commercial or Retail or Health / Aged Care projects
• Quality and Safety awareness and Knows the importance of quality and timely task delivery
• Delegating (work or authority), adherence to company’s procedures and policies and the Ability to Multi-Task
• Strong Managerial,Leadership and communication skills
• Competences of emotional intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills – an inquisitive personality
• Effective in relating across all functions of a company
Special requirements:
• Valid drive license and ability to travel
• Making regular visits to all clients or Contractor’s regional offices.
• Working long hours or on weekends if needed.
