A Customer Service TeamLeader will responsible for: • leading a team of customer service staff • Keeping up the image towards customers according to the company’s policy • Interfacing with clients in order to provide excellent customer service in a timely, efficient and professional manner • Using the portal for the purpose of assuring that the lines are installed to t...he customers.
• Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistant. • Handling customers’ hopeless complaints or any major incidents. • Issuing refunds or compensation to customers. • Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for the department. • Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. • Learning about the company services and keeping up to date with changes.
