Tasks and responsibilities of the R&D Team Leader:
1)Creates recipes, mixes, analyses beverage samples.
2) Supervises and trains the R&D team.
3) Prepares technical reports.
4) Acts as the technical focal point for all company subsidiaries... ....
5) Updates the R&D list of tasks.
6) Works on smoothing and improving the lab work flow and speed.
7) Handles customers’ complaints.
8) Orders, receives and files raw materials from other subsidiaries and miscellaneous suppliers.
9) Checks and follows up on missing equipments and facilities in the lab.
10)Attends meetings with some customers, organizes tasting sessions and records customers’ technical comments.
