-As a Receptionist, you will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times on front desk. Your key responsibilities will include check in and check out,
billing, messaging and guest relations. You will have a good knowledge of the hotels facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises..., in order to maximize hotel sales. Ensure that work area is always clean, neat and organized. Review discrepant rooms regularly. Ensure Front Desk operations compliance with all policies, standards and procedures. Complete and maintains all required Front Desk shift reports and paperwork. Create a productive and positive atmosphere at the desk. Effectively responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
