Description       Planning and developing of the monthly production plan and scheduling activities —To lead and coordinate commercial activities to achieve agreed commercial objectives in line with overall business goals —Responsible for the performance and development of the Accounts team as well as the Direct Sales. —Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and
prospects. —Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales team and activity performance. —Creating a relationship of partnership with the senior level sales executive of the firm in order to identify and then pursue the different scopes for business development. —Identify new market opportunities, talking the lead on constructing robust and successful business proposals that secure new contracts and long term client relationships for Company .
Qualifications    University degree •Five years in similar position. Age (33 – 36) •Creative, hard worker and work under pressure. •Strong background in Commercial field •Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. •High computer skills. •Excellent English.
