Financial Consultant ( IT Application – Oracle ERP )

Position: Financial Consultant ( IT Application – Oracle ERP )
Job Code : OS/ERP/2012/002

Summary :
The Application Consultant role is to elicit, analyze, specify, validate and implement the business needs of project stakeholders. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to convey to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. He should have an excellent background about Oracle Applications and Oracle Technology and development tools. This application consultant will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications


Minimum Requirement:
· 7-10+ Years Relevant Work Experience in Implementing Oracle E-Business suite.
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Finance.
· Should have implemented, witnessed and participated in at least 5 full Oracle Financials.
· Strong knowledge of implementation methodologies of major ERP vendors. Software development background.
· Strong work experience in (GL, Budget , AP, AR, Cash management, Fixed Assets, i-expenses, i-receivables)
· Work experience in Oracle UPK (User Productivity Kit)
· Should have a powerful accounting background, even if he is an engineer or computer science. Software development background. Distinctive analytical skills.
· Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to apply good judgment; is conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results.
· Ability to work under difficult conditions; shows persistence when faced with difficult problems or challenges; remains calm in stressful situations
· Arabic and English Speaker.

Responsibilities :
· Responsible for ERP implementation and full cycle preparation
· Implementation of (GL, Budget , AP, AR, Cash management, Fixed Assets, i-expenses, i-receivables)
· Carry out the responsibility as a team member in three implementations, but should be a team leader in at least two implementations.
· Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and confirm a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
· Responsible for post implementation support
