HR Specialist (Performance Management)

Position Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for all employee’s performance evaluation cycle. Maintain an accurate record of the employees’ job titles and reporting structure. Compile monthly figures and data analysis of employees across the company and maintain turnover analysis. Develop & maintain all company job profiles and job evaluations. Conduct orientation sessions for new comers.

Job Considerations:- Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
- HR diploma is preferable
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
- Acquainted with HITS system
- Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent English & Arabic spoken & written
