Description  o Diagnosing hardware and software problems o On-call when needed o Using IT Support Request system to document, prioritize, and track requests. o Installing/configuring new computers/telephones o Repairing/upgrading PC hardware and software o Troubleshooting printers/scanners/copiers o Maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies (cables, adapters, etc.) o Undertake the day to day operation of backup systems including rotation of backup tapes. o Building and installing cables o Running plant cabling o Researching, learning, and evaluating new software o Documenting systems
Qualifications 1-3 years experience in the same title.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.  
Other Skills working environment physical demands:: -an office with a personal computer, server room, repair room - running wires in the ceilings - much walking to various offices - lifting and moving printers and computers
