ORACLE SENIOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT

TITLE: ORACLE SENIOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT

Purpose:

Preparing technical solution designs translating business requirements into solution setup clear steps, participate in solution setup along with functional and technical consultants, providing guidance for functional and technical consultants working within the same team. Perform system internal and system testing and follows up defects till closure. Regularly communicate progress to team leaders and section heads and highlight key risks associated with implementation activities

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Define client’s business, technical & functional requirements.
2. Analyze customer requirements.
3. Formulating the application design.
4. Prepare the application set up.
5. Results reporting to team leaders, section heads and PMO
6. Apply internal testing for the software quality, measure its compliance with customer business requirements.
7. Testing acceptance.
8. Conduct the knowledge transfer to the customer preceding the implementation phase.
9. Ensure projects accomplishment on time, on quality, as contracted, meeting customer satisfaction.
10. Occasionally support Presales in proposals.
11. Maintaining team building & acting as member guidance.
12. Assisting in any additional tasks requested by Direct or Unit Manager.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education:
- University degree
- Strong command of English language

Work Experience:
- 5-9 years of experience, preferable in a relevant field.
- Banking Business background

Technical skills:
- Familiar with Oracle products.
- Familiar with “Projects” software tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools

Personal skills:
- Clearly define problems, logically diagnoses causes, identify solution & create action plans.
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Apply creativity in developing new approaches and solutions.
- Time Management.
- Excellent focus on results.
- Strong planning & Leadership skills
- High analytical thinking
