Managing the employees and ensuring best customer service is provided. —Recruiting and training sales staff. —Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance. —Solve all problems that may arise from the problems of the showroom customers or any problems affecting the sales rates. Qualifications •Bachelor degree. •At least 4 years experience in Sales activities.
