Position: Supply Chain Consultant ( IT Application – ERP )

Summary :
The Application Consultant role is to elicit, analyze, specify, validate and implement the business needs of project stakeholders. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to convey to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. He should have an excellent background about Oracle Applications and Oracle Technology and development tools. This application consultant will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications

Minimum Requirement:
• 10+ Years Relevant Work Experience in Implementing Oracle E-Business suite.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business.
• Should have implemented, witnessed and participated in three to five full Oracle Purchasing, Inventory, Contracts and sourcing implementations
• Strong work experience in ( Oracle Purchasing, Inventory Oracle i-Procurement, Oracle i-Supplier)
• Work experience in Oracle UPK (User Productivity Kit)
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to apply good judgment; is conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results.
• Ability to work under difficult conditions; shows persistence when faced with difficult problems or challenges; remains calm in stressful situations
• Arabic and English Speaker.

Responsibilities :
• Responsible for ERP implementation and full cycle preparation.
• Prepare and Conduct Conference Room Pilot for the Oracle Procurement modules - Purchasing, Sourcing, and i-procurement
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers, and confirm a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Configure the Oracle Procurement instances in accordance with the Configuration Worksheets (usually CRP, test, and production instances, but not development instances).
• Responsible to configure and test the following key areas :( Oracle Purchasing, Inventory Oracle i-Procurement, Oracle i-Supplier)
• Support Procure to Pay cycle.
• Responsible for post implementation support

Senior Oracle Application Developer
The Application developer role is to analyze-design-develop /customize technical objects to support Oracle e-Business suite Implementation to ensure that business requirements are met in a timely manner and accurately reflects the user/top management's requirements. The scope of these responsibilities includes Forms/Reports/Workflow/Framework customizations and new development, Data conversion and migration and general support to the business process owners and techno-functional staffs.

• 5-10+ years of experience in development on in 11i, 12i Oracle E-Business suite.
• Develop custom reports, forms using developer and XML Publisher
• Oracle Business Intelligent BI
• Workflow Customization / new development
• OA Framework Customization, XML/HTML reports development
• Oracle Hyperion Development
• Data Conversion and Migration using standard/custom APIs
• Form Personalization/ Custom.pll /FND utilities for object migration
• Interface, procedure, package and other database objects creation/customization
• Sound Knowledge in PL/SQL coding, interface creation
• Strong knowledge in back end objects of ERP modules like oracle financials( AP, AR, CM, AR and
• GL), project Accounting, Supply chain modules (PO, INV, I-Predicament and sourcing) and HRMS module Core HR and payroll is a must.
• Work experience in Oracle UPK (User Productivity Kit)
• Thorough understanding of IDM, user provisioning, Managed access and issues surrounding authentication and authorization.
• 3-5+ Yrs experience in designing and deploying enterprise data integration solutions, including experience with User management/ User provisioning solutions implementations.
• At least 2-3 Yrs hands on experience in Java coding and debugging.
Should have executed projects involving web services security.
• Must have used LDAP in projects. Others: PKI, SSL, JNDI
Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Analytics, Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On
• Knowledge on Discoverer tools.
• Working knowledge on Unix Shell Script.
• Strong communication skills with ability to deal with the business users diplomatically.
