Description — Establishes short, mid and long term objectives, and sets adequate operating plans for future developments — Allocates resources ” human, financial, technical ” to achieve the balance between short and long term growth & profits — Develops key business relationships: internally with Regional Management team, Category members, Global Sales, IS and Supply; externally with key clients, government representatives, suppliers and other stakeholders — Lead the profitable development of the company portfolio of leading brands in household cleaning, personal care and healthcare. — To devise, plan and agree a clear, detailed and focused strategy for the business and lead its implementation, meeting agreed revenue and profit targets. To ensure effective communication of goals and objectives throughout the organization — Through strong leadership, to foster and consolidate a strongly market and consumer oriented commercial culture, ensuring that the company keeps abreast of changing customer needs and trends in the marketplace, and meets them cost effectively and at the highest levels of customer service — To determine opportunities for the further expansion of the business, and lead the execution of such initiatives
Qualifications • Previous experience in a tightly managed, results-oriented FMCG business with a real focus on quality and product innovation • Clear evidence of success in Sales Management in developing and profitably expanding a business • Experienced in both Key Account Management as well as in Distributor Management • A proven ability to grow a business through innovation in tough markets • Good experience in marketing and brand strategy • Good financial understanding of the P&L • Graduate preferably with an additional business qualification or a first degree in business administration -from a recognized University
