A very big international IT company is looking for a ‘Facilities/Maintenance Engineer’ with the following qualifications:
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all Facilities & service Equipments Maintenance ( preventive and breakdown )
• Responsible for Spare parts Management
• Responsible for the down time of the service equipments for the production
• AMC with the Authorized Third party Vendors
• Budget Estimation Monthly, Qtry and Annually for all facilities and service Maintenance
• Liasioning with the Local Govt agencies and necessary approvals for the Facilities and Service equipment Maintenance ( Like Air Pollution , water Pollution , Noise Pollution and X Ray )
• EHS Compliance in all Service Equipment Maintenance & Facilities Maintenance activities and ensure the compliance with his team to adhere to the specific standards set by the Factory.
• Fire Safety and Fire drill conducted from time to time to all employees in the Factory.
• Factory Premises (in and out) to meet the standards of International class to comply with 5S system, FCFS system in all areas without debris, Proper Waste Management system to be implemented.
• Scrap Management inside the Factory premises ( Hazardous/ Non Hazardous scrap management and their disposal )
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Communication, Electronics or Production
• 1 year of experience and fresh graduates are accepted
• Males only
