Description This Egypt based Field Service Lead has the responsibility for the successful execution of service to the customers in their locations. A Field Service Lead has the primary responsibility of ensuring that the users of our X-ray equipment are satisfied with its performance.
In this position you can expect 80% travel. It is not uncommon to incur work days in excess of 8 hours. Tasks that will routinely be performed include First Level Account Management, Emergency Service, Contract Service, New Product Support, Maintenance, and Customer Training in addition to Sales Support. It requires an individual who is flexible and capable of dealing with sudden changes (i.e. travel delays, clients schedule etc.). This position will require an individual to carry a company provided cell phone/pager and be on call 24 hours a day.
Qualifications BSc in Electronic Technology or Engineering with Mechanical Engineering experience or demonstrable mechanical ability and knowledge. Strong Analog, Digital, and Mechanical background. Individuals must be able to work independently and make logical decisions based upon the company guidelines.

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills Services & Maintenance of X-RAY SYSTEMS is needed and Regional experiences a plus. Computer literacy, including word-processing, Internet, Networking database management and programming.
