Qualifications The candidate must have experience in developing GIS tools for improved business efficiency, including web-enabled GIS applications, as well as any WebGIS development and GIS customization / programming, ARC SDE , ARC server e.g. .NET, VBA, Java Script, HTML, familiar with Oracle Database and SQL
