International Customer Service Advisor/ Technical Support

Dear All.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
International Customer Service Advisor (CS-1)
Answer customer’s calls and improve customer satisfaction over the phone
Requirements:

Fluent in English with native accent.
Graduated.
Able to work on shift basis

Technical Support (Tech-1)
Needed to be Communication eng. Or IT Graduates with CCNA certificates or did the studies but didn’t get the certificate.
