Description - Develops and implements programs to align work force and key business initiatives through use of organizational effectiveness interventions. - Assists in developing procedures for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting. - Assists management in developing effective strategic planning outcomes assessment techniques. - Assists in identifying data needs, data sources, data collection tools, performance targets and benchmarks, and assessment methodologies. - Facilitates the implementation of organizational effectiveness interventions. - Participates in the identification and development of a competency model to be used throughout various organizational programs. - Acts as a change agent providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the business. - Facilitates team building workshops, exercises, or programs to enhance the cohesiveness of teams. - Confers with management to gain knowledge of JOB Descriptions & specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies - Assists in the developing & updating organizational policies & procedures.
Qualifications Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customer, and the general public

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Bachelors degree within area of assigned responsibility; and 3 to 5 years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
