Skills :


-Female, Fluent English, spoken and written is essential
- 1 to 2 years experience in similar role
- Intermediate book-keeping and accounting
- Good negotiation skills
IT Skills
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email including diary to advances level
- Internet to intermediate level

Responsibilities :
- The role will also encompass a range of duties as outlined below.
- Maintain electronic diaries, scheduling, filing systems and providing general support services to the organization
- Collect and compile information on Business Topics using the Internet etc
- Arrange overseas trips, including all travel and visa arrangements, meetings, and organizing day to day work arrangements in foreign locations
- During periods out of the office, ensure directors are advised of important mail and messages from base
- Make arrangements for internal (+ minute taking) and external meetings
- Open, screen and distribute office mail
- Manage office supplies and expenses on a monthly basis
- Answer and screen all telephone calls
