Description 1.Applies company testing procedures to ensure that raw materials, quality of packaging materials, and final product meets established QC standards. 2.Checks process control parameters to ensure adherence to company standards( HMA ratio, temperature control, air pressure, QC panels, sensors set up, and video measures). 3.Investigates, and prepares reports on customer complaints to plant manager, and coordinates required actions. 4.Upgrading QC system to facilitate actions and activities. 5.Reviews QC reports on daily basis, makes required analysis and communicates accordingly with plant manager. 6.Prepares and updates bill of material (BOM) and communicates accordingly with his superior. 7.Plans, arranges and reports new raw material trial run in coordination with production department. 8.Leads and arranges DR3 (final report) for new products and communicates through direct superior with R&D department in Japan as per company procedures. 9. Calibrates lap equipments on regular basis. Sets up and maintains laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for tests, and maintains updated records of lab database. 10.Monitors the performance of the machines inspectors who work on production lines; selects random products on regular basis to perform necessary tests as per check list and QC standards. 11.Maintains Q.C reports/ samples including lot number and manufacturing date of the shift for easy tracking.
Qualifications Bachelor of Science or Engineering
Gender Male
Education major chemistry
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills • Very good computer skills (word, excel, power-point, outlook). •Very Good managerial skills. •Very Good analytical skills. •Team Player, Self motivated, Working under pressure, hard worker and proactive.
