Description —Handle all administrative, hiring or dismissal logistics for the new comers / leavers with the recruitment and personnel sections.—Update the HRIS system with the hiring and termination transactions.—Dealing with associated banks to open / close employees accounts, release ATM cards, solve pending problems & coordinate administrative work.—Contribute to achieve the assigned HR objectives & action plan.—Handle the monthly effects and payroll for the company to be reviewed & approved by the HR manager.—Provide help & support for the employees to arrange any legal or administrative problems related to their work.—Handle everything related to the operations of medical / life insurance.—Ensure that all employees data and files are updated and comply with documents needed as set by labor law.—Generate all the data needed to be submitted to the labor office and social insurance office periodically to be involved actively in external audits.—Ensure that all HR processes comply with labor law &internal company policies.—Process all staffing and personnel requests to ensure that business is not interrupted and employees perform their work efficiently and effectively.—Handle all operations of attendance, vacations, penalties, loans, investigations to ensure HR objectives.—Handle all legal issues involved, contracts, taxes, payment dues ,‡—Participate in development, review & improvement of personnel & payroll policies.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in law or related discipline from a reputable university. • Experience in the field of personnel and payroll from 3 to 5 years.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
