Description - Receive all requirements (with its specs) from Procurement Manager. - Check the availability of these requirements in the list of suppliers. - Contact the suppliers and receive a price list for the required items. - Provide at least three offers from suppliers. - Issue a price analysis to compare and evaluate the suppliers to be delivered to the Procurement manager. - Select a supplier to deal with based on the analysis done. - Issue a Purchase Order (PO). - Coordinate between the supplier and the requested department, till delivering the items. - Assist the Procurement Manager in selecting the suitable payment terms. - Follow up the delivery of products, till receiving it. - Follow up with the Finance department on the invoice payment. - Issue procurement status report on weekly basis and deliver it to the Procurement Manager.
Qualifications from 1- 2 years of experience in local purchasing & contacting suppliers.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
