Description Manage all aspects related to Engineering Department to ensure optimum performance of: -Planning of Car Production flow. -Operation Development & production processes continuous improvement aspects. -Technical Planning & monitoring for the local content activities. -Technical Planning, Technical Training, production documentations, motion & time study. -Planning all new production facilities, processes and work flow for news models. -Projects Management Main Tasks & Responsibilities: -Technical & Car Planning activities. -Process & Technical Support activities. -Operation Development.
Qualifications -Experience of industrial operations in a multinational automotive organization -Well oriented with the modern manufacturing strategies & techniques ( Lean , 6 Sigma & Kaizan …) -Solid background in supply chain management -Project management experience is mandatory (PMP Certification would be a plus) -Engineering Graduate (Industrial , Mechanical or Electrical) -7 : 10 Years of Experience
