Description - Receive job order form Procurement Manager. - Contact Sales division and deliver the sales order. - Contact Shipping Companies for offers and proposals. - Select the suitable Shipping Agent according to the price, shipping line‡..etc. - Prepare documents such as invoices, packing list‡‡etc. - Coordinate between Shipping Agent & Sales division. - Send the Purchaser to follow up on the shipping procedures. - Contact broker to finalize the procedures. - Coordinate between broker and shipping company. - Keep customer updated with the shipping status. - Coordinate between customer and the Shipping Agent till delivering the items. - Issue procurement status report on weekly basis and deliver it to the Procurement Manager
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
