Description 1. Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationship. 2. Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the campaign. 3. Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs. 4. Writing and proofreading copy. 5. Liaising with designers and printers. 6. Organizing photo shoots. 7. arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials. 8. Maintaining and updating customer databases. 9. Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, book signing and exhibitions. 10. Sourcing and securing sponsorship. 11. Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups. 12. Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies. 13. Managing budgets. 14. Evaluating marketing campaigns. 15. Monitoring competitor activity. 16. Supporting the Sales Dept. and other colleagues.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in marketing & a marketing qualification is preferable.

Other Skills 1. Has good experience in developing advertising campaigns – both online and print. 2. Has good experience of PR. 3. Able to formulate plans and persuade others to support such plans. 4. Imaginative / Customer oriented. 5. Good organizational and project management skills. 6. Has good experience of mass marketing of online software solutions. 7. Has good knowledge of Facebook as a user. 8. Analytical and has good experience of online and print advertising and public relations.
