Delegate complex tasks to multiple software engineers. Track deliverables relative to approved schedule. Assist software engineers as necessary to ensure production and quality objectives along with critical milestones are met. Help ensure product quality through proper adherance of guidelines, procedures, and rules for accountability. Inform management of any training needs and assist with the training. Ensure coding standards, and development process are in line with team objectives. Implement understanding of cost-benefit compromises involved in software development in order to evaluate and prioritize tasks based on severity, urgency, effect on customer productivity, and market positioning.
Skills
The DOTNET team lead candidate should fulfill the following criteria:
1- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
2- Fluent in English.
3- Excellent skills in Microsoft web technologies and tools.
4- 7 years experience at least in similar positions.
5- PMP and MSF are a plus.
6- Computer science degree.
7- Good awareness of CMMI and TFS.
8- Good knowledge in UML.
9- Good knowledge in design patterns.
10- MCSD is a plus.
